- Do I need an account?
- No. Trimming runs in your browser. Saving to Livdock is optional after signup.
- Why is the output WebM?
- Browsers record with MediaRecorder, which usually produces WebM. You can convert elsewhere if you need MP4.
- Which browsers work best?
- Chrome and Firefox support captureStream + MediaRecorder well. Safari support is limited.
- Is trimming frame-perfect?
- It’s approximate — good for quick cuts, not professional NLE precision.
